    Vegetable garden

PULLMAN TIMI AMA SARDEGNA in Italy

Special event organized around our vegetable garden in the magical setting of our seaside restaurant “I Ginepri”. On the lawn, we will create a sort of open-air market with wooden boxes containing different products freshly harvested from the vegetable garden. Two teams, consisting of guests and elements from the catering staff, will challenge in preparing a dish. A jury composed of our Chef, F&B Manager and GM will vote and choose the winning team. The winners will receive a certificate and a funny sustainable trophy. Afterwards, a special dinner will be served (of course open to internal and external guests) with dishes where the products of the vegetable garden will be the real protagonists.

    My pretty little snack

    Healthy Food

Novotel Suites Cannes Centre in France

Eating a balance diet during holidays may seem impossible? We take up the bet! At Novotel Suites Cannes Centre, we know it is not always easy for parents to offer a healthy snack to their children. The temptation for junk food can make getting kids to eat well an uphill struggle but even on holidays, our children deserve better.
With reference to Planet 21 Day, we developed “My pretty little snack” that aims to be a healthy, green and colourful snack dedicated to our guests’ children. It is composed by a fresh orange juice, dry fruits and yogurt accompanied with fruits and muesli. The goal of this new offer is to provide a snack that can compete with junk food as well as educate children and parents. We aim to be a role model and we want to involve parents in our project. Our front desk team will provide snacks and educate on health program. The goal of education is not only increase child’s health knowledge but also to promote a healthy behaviour. We think it is important to remember that our kids are not born with craving for French fries and pizza and an aversion to broccoli and carrots.
Longer term, we would like to chefs and nutritionists take action to reinforce our engagement. Our vision: Childhood food can shape health for life!
